Are you a collaborative leader and great communicator who thrives on delivering results?Our Novato studio is looking for a Senior Producer to work with our fantastic development team to help coordinate, focus, prioritize and track the host of all production investments we’re creating for the NBA 2K franchise. This role reports into the Executive Producer.What You Will Do:

Manage high-priority initiatives to assist in the delivery of the annual release of NBA 2KAction and follow-through on critical items pertaining to the NBA 2K project, as directed by the Executive ProducerManage relationships and expectations within the team, particularly where those paths intersectDrive alignment, facilitate discussions, resolve ambiguity, and clarify strategy among teamsWho Will Be A Great Fit:

5+ years of game production, development, or program management experienceOrganized, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative demeanorAttention to detail and completeness, ability to foresee potential issuesTakes the time to learn the inner workings, assesses, and follows through accordinglySelf-starter who can take initial direction and plan out courses of action to achieve successSkilled in adapting to various work environments and experienced in fast-paced, annual release production cyclesA love for video games (not just ours!)Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Perforce/P4V or other source control softwareProficient in effectively communicating via Slack, email, and verbal channels, with strong listening, reading, and writing abilitiesFamiliarity with all modern development consolesPlatform certification and technical requirement experienceThe pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $105,000 and $155,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
