The Director is responsible for both print and digital marketing campaigns that support revenue generation and publicity across all 23 RPI Athletics teams. Additionally, the Director manages the game-day event operations for all home football and hockey contests.Non Standard Shift: This position requires some weekend and evening work due to the nature of the athletic marketing programs and annual signature events.Expected Salary: $58,500 - $62,000 / yr + full benefitsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years related and progressively responsible experienceRelevant combinations of education, training and experience may be consideredMinimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret dataAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectivesAbility to work with a diverse populationStrong computer skills and knowledgeDemonstrated ability to manage detailsSkills to foster positive relationships, teamwork, and cooperationAbility to work irregular hours including weekends and holidaysKnowledge and prior experience with media advertising including digital graphic design
