Summary:
We are hiring a UX and visual designer to develop, create, and modify user interfaces and design assets for our organization. Candidate should have a strong portfolio and experience in the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality design assets (UX & visual) on time
Utilize Figma to create designs and prototypes
Create scenarios, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, UI pattern libraries, interaction guidelines and other artifacts required to develop and evolve designs for a set of enterprise products, and services.
Work collaboratively on a larger design team made up of interaction designers, visual designers, motion designers and front-end developers focused on end-to-end experiences.
Follow coherent patterns and guidelines or help create them as applicable.
Execute all design activities with high-quality and thoroughness.
Skills:
Experience in professional UX/UI development
Experience with visual design for digital purposes (PPT design, brand design, logo design, icon creation)
strong communication and problem solving skills
Good fundamental design skills (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.) and creation of a variety of visual mood boards, storyboards, creative briefs, and motion and visual guidelines
Ability to quickly produce elegant and easily understood diagrams, wireframes, concept maps, prototypes, interaction guidelines and other related artifacts for a strong interaction point-of-view
Ability to create videos and video assets is preferred
Ability to design in 2D and 3D is preferred
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
10+ years experience required

Minimum 10 years experience with UX/UI Dessign Skills, but would consider candidates with less years of experience if they have a strong portfolio that includes working with video assets and 3D
Proficient with FIGMA, Adobe Premiere Pro, and 3D assets
