Job Location: Plano, TX. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout the U.S.

Job Type: Full Time

Duties: Coach team members on how to identify and target audiences; Oversee team members to devise, develop, and project digital social marketing campaigns; Identify the needs of the team including providing direction for team members, organizing and managing projects, and implementing standardized processes and programs around marketing campaign activities in the areas of strategy, management, reporting, and quality; Co-develop a vision what’s possible using current and future marketing technologies with marketers and product teams; Plan and coordinate social media programs for the entire team; Support assigned industry pods with the execution of the program; Establish A/B testing processes with social platforms to test design, content, cadence, and timing to improve performance and implementation into the company’s acquisition strategy; Develop and support skills to design the strategy for and to help deliver digital marketing components of marketing campaigns; Make recommendations on how to improve and expand the company’s social presence and demand generation; Report on social KPIs on a quarterly basis and upon request, for all the industries supported; Work with the derivative content and branding team to ensure brand consistency and to collaborate on new social concepts; Support execution of social promotions, including amplify/organic posts and paid ads, for all the industries assigned to the members of the team; Organize the team to develop day-to-day creation of purchase orders and invoice/forecast tracking for their campaigns; Ensure team members utilize the Pods social ad budget, document, and track towards KPIs; Develop and support the skills of team members; Identify and manage relationships with staffing partners; Support social acquisition processes with prioritized campaigns for improvement of both process and business outcomes, predictability, quality, and high team member engagement; Collaborate on social remarketing tactics and align with the LAER model; Utilize agile organizational structure methodology; Help develop, align, and evaluate progress and results of the team for Social Acquisition focused business performance measures for awareness and demand generation.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Engineering (any) or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in Marketing-related occupation. The position requires experience in the following: Working with social strategy, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration within the acquisition, segment, and zone teams; Project management processes consisting of project scope documentation, planning risk management strategies, creating project schedules and communication plans, holding performance conversations, reporting project statuses, managing scope change, and documenting lessons learned; Performing audience research, developing targeted audiences, analyzing and optimizing campaigns, organizing and prioritizing tasks and communicating with partners, internal clients, and team members; Developing a strategic framework for capturing audience data; 3 years of experience with B2B marketing strategies; 3 years of experience with EU marketing regulations; 2 years of experience with Social, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) for Software products. 5% domestic travel is required. 100% telecommuting is permitted.
