working environment with lots of growth opportunities.RequirementsLong Island Speech Responsibilities:Generate, edit, publish and share content daily across multiple social media platforms to promote all 9 officesDesign and produce marketing collateralOrganize internal marketing incentives and events to boost patient retentionSpearhead community outreach initiatives i.e. trade shows, charity events, festivals, chamber events, and coordinate all aspects such as ordering branded swag, promotional materials, negotiating pricing, set-up, execution, break-down, post-event evaluations, budgets, etc.Assist with patient engagement such as online reviews and social media interactionsIdentify and analyze competitors and conceptualize marketing strategies to stay ahead of the curveDevelop relationships with practitioners across Long Island, by educating them about our services via in person visits and meetings and setting up Lunch & Learns, to promote referral relationships and following up to maintain those relationships.Track the progress of all promotional efforts with the Marketing DirectorCollaborate with other departments and other office locations, to manage company reputation and coordinate promotionsSpot Pal Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets.Present, demonstrate, and effectively communicate the benefits of our medical devices to healthcare professionals and/or other potential business partnersStay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports.Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events as required.Qualifications:Must work at the Stony Brook office, and travel to all other office locations across Long Island when needed. This position is not remote.Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)Proficient with Canva ProAbility to work independently as well as collaborate as a groupUnmatched customer service skillsSolid computer skills, including MS Office, Google Drive, web analytics and Google AdWordsMust be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekendsMust have a driver’s license and carHighly motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skillsPossess project management and problem solving skills.Strong networking skills to build relationships with clients for the practice and customers for our productsMust exude a professional demeanor at all timesProven work experience as a marketing coordinator, sales coordinator or similar roleExcellent communication and presentation skillsBS degree in Marketing, Business or relevant fieldBenefitsMedical, Dental & vision with a Flex spending card401kPaid time offCompany vehicleJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Stony Brook, NY
