Job Description

The Owned Media Specialist (CRM) will act as an agent of change in & Other Stories digital acceleration, acting as an expert in their field, and a key partner to multiple teams across the & Other Stories business. This is a newly created position within the local organization that sits at the intersection, Ecommerce, Marketing & Performance, and Customer Management.

In partnership with the Ecommerce & Performance Marketing Manager, you will establish local processes, KPIs, and a customer growth and retention roadmap. At a strategic level, the purpose of your role is to partner with Global and execute an elevated CRM strategy for our owned channels that aligns with the organization’s growth plan. The Owned Media strategies success will be measured by the growth of our active customer database, driving traffic to site, increasing email and SMS revenue, and increasing customer loyalty.
