This is a key role in various marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects aimed at promoting our established brand over several different segments. You will use an array of provided software programs to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and further establish the company as a leader within the industry. You will work closely with members of the team to drive business forward and achieve outlined goals. This role is a great starting point for a continued career within the sales and marketing team.Your Day to Day May Include :Create and implement digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.Manage development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and further drive sales in existing and new market segments.Manage paid search strategies from concept through delivery, implementing best practices to increase conversion rates and decrease cost-per lead.Manage social media accounts and create content calendars to maintain a consistent brand presence and engage with InTouchs target audienceBuild, test and deploy e-mail marketing campaigns consistent with the brands sales and marketing objectives and strategyPerform keyword and audience research to support the team in implementing SEO strategies based on research and best practicesDevelop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic to the website with a key focus on developing relevant content and on/off-site optimizations.Optimize website experience to increase qualified leads and drive new customer growth.Support the sales and marketing team in the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows and conferences within several different market segmentsCollaboratively work with leadership to tailor strategies that target and secure new customers, grow existing business, and revive former customers while maintaining InTouchs goals and objectivesMeasure and optimize performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identify trends, insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights.Monitor competitive landscape and recommend strategies and tactics to stay ahead.Brainstorm and drive new creative growth strategies.What you need to succeed:Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, business, analytics, communications or related field preferred2 - 4 years of work experience in sales-focused social media and PPC advertising including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and e-mail marketingExperience planning, creating, and optimizing a variety of paid and organic media campaigns across a range of digital channels, including search, display, social and videoAbility to analyze growing trends and use data to make effective campaigns and adjustmentsSkilled at writing on-brand ad copy that is up to date with industry trends and best practicesProficient in computer software including MS Office, social media platforms, HubSpot, and marketing analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics)Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyMust reside in Greater Boston area.All offers of employment are based on the successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
