This is a 100% remote work.Must have:Experience with direct sales organizations, (or similar CRM and Marketing Automation) Customer-obsessed.Any AI exposure Skills Marketing professional with minimum of 3 years of marketing experience leading marketing initiatives and cross-functional executionUnderstanding of the sales process in any form, sales funnel work etc..Data AnalyticsDesigning sales content in email for sales agentsIs good at understanding data and leveraging data to tell the storyDemonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, and initiative 1-2 years of experience in Outbound Sales Marketing and Lead Management a plus Team player:Proven experience and passion to facilitate relationships and collaborate across other channels and segments of the business Project Management:Demonstrate effective project management skills that drives execution cross-functionallyListens to customers, champions their success, and makes decisions that benefit the customer and the entire client portfolio, not just the Sales Marketing ChannelStrong use of segmentation and targeting to drive awesome customer experiences Influences across teams, consistently communicates and influences across all levels up to Executive to achieve resultsExcellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skillsAll Google suitesExperience with small businesses a plusDuties:Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization.Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives.Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects.Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors.May oversees advertising, events and public relationships. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
