The Creative Project Production and Purchasing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting high-volume requests from various strategic partners and managing print-on-demand portals. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing production projects, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and high-quality outputs across multiple mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support and Oversight:

Coordinate and oversee the production and fulfillment of print materials for various projects and events.

Work closely with creative and content teams to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with objectives.

Manage the planning, execution, and production processes for both standard and wide-format printing projects.

Vendor Management:

Identify and engage with vendors and print-on-demand portals to fulfill high-volume print requests.

Research and evaluate products, materials, equipment, and services needed for projects.

Provide cost estimates and turnaround times for potential options, ensuring cost efficiencies and adherence to project timelines.

Collaboration and Communication:

Act as a liaison between creative and content leads, Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Finance teams, and external vendors.

Facilitate communication to ensure project specifications are met and deadlines are achieved.

Handle rush requests and prioritize tasks based on project needs and timelines.

Quality Assurance:

Oversee the quality of printed materials to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.

Implement and maintain quality control processes for in-house and outsourced print projects.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and vendor performance.

Prepare reports on project status, budget utilization, and other key metrics as required.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project production, purchasing, or a related role within a creative or print production environment.

Skills:

Strong understanding of print production processes and materials.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.

Knowledge of cost analysis and vendor negotiation.
