This role will focus on understanding/cleaning/and mapping the data available to the team for model-building and analysis. This role will be responsible for documenting key decisions, data sources, assumptions, and identified opportunities in the data. Within this role, you will be deeply connected across the entire Zebra supply chain, and understand how all the connections come together to create a working network. Your efforts with the data will help the team to complete analytics projecs that will support the supply chain leadership to make smarter strategic decisions. As you gain experience and expertise, you will then learn to use the modeling software to create supply chain network optimization models.

This position will be Hybrid in Lincolnshire, IL 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:Fully document key decisions, data sources, assumptions, and identified opportunities within the supply chain organizationSupport project quality by identifying risks that impact project scope, timing, or costOrganize, review, and validate supply chain data gathered, resolving any issues within a team of cross-functional stakeholders and cleaning/preparing the data under the supervision of your managerBuild output reports using visualization and presentation toolsAssist in the design and maintenance of supply chain network design modelsCollaborate cross functionally to align project tasks, data requirements and milestonesIdentifies meaningful insights from large data; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to various levels within the company.Support the creation of analytical models with emphasis on predicative and prescriptive analytics.Support creation of visual graphics to adequately analyze historical data and display trendsEvaluate data collected to improve analytics.Qualifications:

Bachelors degree, Masters or PhD in statistics, mathematics, engineering, supply chain or related discipline preferred0-2 yearsStatistical modeling and algorithmsLinear algebra and/or operations research course work or experienceAdvanced data analytics, cleaning, and transformation (excel, SQL, Python, R, ETL tools)Supply Chain Management knowledge or experience (course work or experience)Data Visualization and visualization analysis tools including RExcellent written and verbal communicationComfortable in presenting data at multiple levelsSelf-motivated and self-starting with high degree of work ethicHigh level of organization and note takingTime management

Salary:

USD 65500.00 - USD 85000.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
