Job Description:

Blue Owl is seeking an Associate to support product marketing and diligence efforts within the Institutional Business Development team. The role will be primarily accountable for the development and maintenance of marketing collateral and diligence projects to support the firm's growing institutional client franchise. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to multiple facets of Blue Owl's business and grow alongside an innovative, rapidly expanding platform. The ideal candidate is collaborative and detail-oriented with an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Directly impact IBD fundraising efforts and ongoing client service through product marketing and investment and operational due diligence process.Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, product specialists and management teams on all aspects of fund marketing.Responsible for the creation of fund marketing collateral, with a strong emphasis on pitchbook content. Additional responsibilities will include fact sheets, commentaries, white papers and educational material often in conjunction with other teams.Develop due diligence materials and responses for due diligence questionnaires ("DDQs"), and requests for proposals ("RFPs").Proactively work with Product Specialists and subject matter experts across the firm to keep abreast of updates and new developments.Become familiar with and able to communicate details around fund products and strategies including investment level information.Assist in the Quarter-End update process - specifically updating existing marketing collateral and ensuring content is approved by key stakeholders prior to distribution.Involved in fund performance, analysis and attribution reporting in support of marketing materials.Potential candidates should possess the following:

2-5 years of professional experience in financial services.Candidates with backgrounds in private credit/direct lending, asset management, investment banking is strongly preferred.Ability to create high-impact content that resonates with Institutional clients.Highly effective communication skills, he or she will be asked to develop strong working relationships with nearly all business units across the firm, including senior management.Strong working knowledge of Office Suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $120,000- $140,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
