Digital Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will lead efforts in website development, email marketing, content strategy and other marketing systems related projects.

Can be based out of offices in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Palo Alto, Washington DC, Boston, Colorado, Seattle, San Francisco, San Diego.

Position responsibilities:

Lead digital projects and initiativesOversee digital properties, including the website, blog platform, email marketing software, packet generator platform, and event-related softwareLiaise with outside vendors to plan and drive digital strategyAdvise on and executes best practices for SEO (search engine optimization), SEM (search engine marketing) and content strategyMeasure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaignsIdentify trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insightsLeverage analytics to evaluate and advise on end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and client touch pointsOversee annual digital marketing budget, ensuring accountability and adequate fundingResponsible for managing information, initiatives and tools that are designed to support the marketing and business development efforts of the firmUnderstand, evaluate and recommend new ways technology can improve the firm's marketing function internally and externallyKeep current with existing and emerging trends and best practicesResponsible for hiring, overseeing and coaching digital team, if applicableSkills and experience:

Required:

5+ years experience working with digital channels, preferably with a professional services organizationBroad knowledge of multiple facets of the digital experience, including web development, content strategy, analytics, user experience and optimizationExperience managing large-scale projects, including budgets, planning and staffingTrack record of developing creative solutions while keeping a focus on objectives and resultsBroad technical knowledge, including HTML, SEO, SEM platforms, analytics and search platforms, content management solutions and analytical softwareExpertise in web writing, editing and proofreading, specific to an online environmentPreferred:

Bachelor or advanced degreePrior professional services experienceSupervisory experienceCompetencies:
