What you'll do:
Our rapidly growing Product & Design organization is looking for an experienced, highly creative Senior UX Product Designer who is tuned in to futures trading and/or has a love for crypto, trading derivatives, etc. You'll play a critical design role, responsible for concepting and designing the newest features and products for our award-winning trading platform.

In this role, you will:
Be part of a team, organization, and culture that operates in a product-driven, agile method, with a focus on research and client-feedbackCollaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders in a team environmentDesign software and website user interfaces and experiences for mobile, web, and desktopWork closely with Product Management to gain insights from client research; and use this data as a guiding force in design, with the goal of continually elevating the client experienceUse modern, industry best practices to design innovative capabilities and intuitive user flows to deliver a world class customer experienceLead the design of products through the creation of wireframes & mockups, and iterate based on stakeholder and client feedbackResearch to uncover and understand user needs, goals, and behaviors and translate them into thoughtful user-centric products and featuresLearn about organization goals and technical capabilities to apply to designsResearch competitive and cutting-edge marketplace and industry trends to identify opportunities for continued enhancementsHelp develop and deliver scalable design processes, tools, and practices for governance, workflows, and documentation for sharingConsult cross-functionally through brand visual design across the organizationDeliver value dailyWhat we look for:
3-5 years of UX and/or UI design experience - preferably in an agency or dedicated SaaS environmentProficient in Figma with a robust portfolio, demonstrating a range of work styles and techniques across web and desktop applications, with well-honed design skills-wireframing, prototyping, high fidelityProven record of leading design on advanced projects-executed with attention to detail and consistent on fundamentalsMastery of UX design fundamentals - including clean layouts with consistent spacing, font use, white space, alignment, etc. Also, wireframing, prototyping, journey maps, user flows, and conversion-focused designStrong conceptual thinker-can define strong new approaches to new or existing processes and continue to build on those with strong conceptsSelf-motivated and able to easily execute without ample directionHas worked with and under the bounds of robust design systemsAdaptable, empathetic and solution-orientedStrong leader and collaborator-can confidently work with and clearly communicate with leads, directors, and aboveDesign skills-prototyping, wireframing and design tools such as Figma, Axure, InVisionAbility to effectively manage workloads and technical requirements to meet deliverables within agreed timeframeBonus Points For:
