As our Content Marketing Associate, you'll help keep the content machine running smoothly. You'll get to apply a blend of technical skills, marketing knowledge, and project management capabilities to serve an exciting and growing user base of futures traders and those new to futures. The ideal candidate will have solid project management and communication skills, be highly organized, and know how to create compelling content that adheres to brand guidelines—especially within the fintech space. Basic SEO knowledge for effective content management is preferred.

In this role, you will be a:

• Content Wizard: Brainstorm and craft blog posts, ads, emails, and other marketing materials that make futures feel fresh. Proofread, edit, and polish content to ensure it's on brand, clear, and typo-free. Work closely with Marketing and Content to keep web content up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for SEO. Assist with creating new content for the website or auditing existing content for improvements
• B2B Superhero: Manage new vendor product listings for our B2B arm, write and publish blog posts for the NinjaTrader Ecosystem, and assist with marketing vendor event recordings and vendor promotions via our Ecosystem website and newsletters
• Compliance Whisperer: Navigate our submission process to run content through legal and regulatory review, editing based on feedback to ensure compliance-approved content on digital platforms
• Admin Advantage: Organize content, manage schedules, track projects, and ensure smooth progress to keep the content calendar on track
• Reporting & Research Rover: Pull data for monthly reports and utilize data tracking skills
• Cross-team Collaborator: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align the content team and meet deadlines

What you'll need:

• 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing or a related field
• BA in marketing or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced environment and pivot to ad hoc tasks as needed
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research abilities
• Team player mentality
