We are hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join a top beauty company in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a 12-month contract role with potential to extend and will be based in the St. Petersburg office on a hybrid schedule (3 days a week onsite).

Responsibilities:Supports CRM plans and execute targeted, journey-based marketing campaigns to drive sales and conversionCommunicates to internal teams and manage comprehensive CRM campaign calendar to support CRM activities, among Store, Street and eCommerce, including but not limited to key Brand initiativesCollaborates and streamlines information across the DDX/CRM Team to support execution of strategic CRM programsWork with CRM agency in setting up campaigns and delivering assets so emails, paid media, direct mail and SMS can be deployed to defined customer segmentsEnsure all relevant parties are notified prior to campaign deployment as aligned onOrganize and support Third Party Vendor and billing management across functional teamSupport & organize the various part of DDX CRM Activations to ensure seamless executionReview and analyze campaign analyses from data supplied by CRM agency and internal databaseDeliver and present ad hoc analysis requests internallyMonitor campaign results such as open rates, click-through rates and unsubscribe rates to maintain and adjust our best practices and benchmarksMonitor competitors and other retailers to stay up-to-date on best practices. Keep informed of CRM trends, tools & technologiesSupport database quality and implement database updates/upgradesBrainstorm and implement new acquisition tactics to continue to grow active and engaged customer baseCollecting and analyzing feedback from internal systems to support campaign execution expectations and goals????Required Qualifications:

2+ years of marketing / digital marketing experience. Brand management and exposure to CRM preferred.Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar area required.Salesforce experience highly preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills required.Demonstrated project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accelerate multiple projects simultaneously while remaining detail-oriented and deadline-driven.Strong analytical marketing orientation. Understanding of financial assessment and ROI analysisTeam player with strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact professionally with all levels of management, brand partners and outside vendors.
