Event Marketing Manager (Mid-Sr Level)

This driven, creative, and collaborative event professional will support our global event activities end-to-end, including tier-1 events like RSAC and Black Hat, various partner-related conferences and activations, and dedicated customer events and advisory boards.

We are seeking a driven, creative, and collaborative event professional will support our global event activities end-to-end, including tier-1 events like Ignite and AWS reInvent, various partner-related conferences and activations, and dedicated customer events and advisory boards.

Our driven, operationally minded, and collaborative event professional will support our expanding calendar of third-party conferences and proprietary events to enhance Aviatrix's brand awareness, foster lead engagements, and create new partner and sales opportunities.

Key responsibilitiesDriving, developing, and managing our events and conferences calendar.Collaborating closely with marketing, partner team, sales, and demand generation teams to strategize the selection of the most suitable tradeshows and conferences.Overseeing pre-, during, and post-event planning, reimagining both in-person events to maximize engagement, and regularly reporting on business results.Project manage event assignments, including cross-functional team standups, leadership approvals, Salesforce reporting, and stakeholder readouts.Utilizing data to inform decision-making and collaborating with key stake holders to continuously improve event experiences and outcomes.Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimization of resources.Manage vendor communications, contracting, and invoicing.The role will involve on-site event operations, including set-up, registration, booth operations, and strike. It will also require 15-25% travel.Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B event management.A dedication to perfecting small details and exceeding user experience expectations.A data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing campaign results to derive actionable business recommendations.Previous collaboration with sales and partner/channel, demonstrating an understanding of how to support and accelerate their efforts.Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and rally project teams.Comfortability with multitasking within a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and CRM tools.Ability to effectively communicate complex challenges to managers.Proven effectiveness in collaborating with cross-functional team members, approaching challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.Ability to travel both domestic and international.Additional

Have experience at a tech company.Have experience driving corporate branded events on a conference scale.The US compensation range for this temporary full-time position is $69 - $88/hour. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. The range displayed is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
