What You'll Do:

Determine the fiscal-year demand strategy and collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to support sales pipeline goalsBe a business partner to sales - acting as the primary liaison to drive visibility of marketing activities, ensure ongoing agreement on priorities, and recommend adjustments to accommodate changing market conditionsWork closely with our business development and sales teams to track lead follow-up, qualification, and conversion to ensure successful execution of marketing activityResearch, recommend, and drive targeted marketing plans that bring together corporate programs, regional opportunities, customer marketing, and partner activitiesIdentify strategy for field event activities with sales, execute promotion and collaborate with the event operations teamReport on regional events providing insights on areas of optimization, business outcomes, and return on investmentAlign with the integrated marketing team to develop and support the overall go-to-market planPartner with demand generation and content teams to execute and adopt field marketing campaigns and ABX for target accountsEvaluate, select, and manage vendors that contribute to regional marketing programsWhat You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree and/or 8 years of marketing /sales experience and account management/marketing experience in an enterprise software, B2B SaaS or technology companyExperience with account-based marketing is a plusHighly results driven with outstanding analytical ability. Demonstration of a metrics-driven approach to success and can show Return on Investment (ROI) by tracking results from funded/co-marketing activity against budgetExperience working cross functionally with salesExperience with CRM and Marketing Automation systems, such as Salesforce, Eloqua, Jira, etc

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.

$113,600-$156,200 USD
