Daikin Applied is seeking a

Sr. Marketing Specialist for M&A

will lead all marketing activities related to merger and acquisition integration for Daikin Applied, with a strong focus on project management. This role works in close collaboration with Daikin Applied’s corporate marketing and communications teams to execute the marketing deliverables associated with due diligence and marketing/brand integration post-acquisition. What you will do:Serve as a link between the marketing and M&A teams and lead the execution of marketing deliverables for M&A, including change management communications and marketing integration plansCoordinate MarCom workstreams for pre- and post-acquisition, prioritize marketing tasks, and align marketing resources to ensure successful executionOversee Marcom integration activities such as website integration, brand entity reviews, and marketing asset migrationWork alongside the M&A Subject Matter Experts and MarCom leadership teams to effectively optimize and accelerate marketing opportunities.Develop and implement strategies to leverage new acquisition channels, expanding our market presence.Map key marketing processes of the acquired companies and identify opportunities for marketing synergies through collaboration with acquired businesses.What’s in it for you:

A bachelor's degree Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Liberal Arts, or similar area of study5 years of professional marketing experienceWork visa sponsorship is not available for this positionPreferred Qualifications:

Deep understanding of marketing and communications, with proven track record for managing complex projectsExperience in implementing change, navigating multiple stakeholder views, driving consensus, and influencing decision-makingExcellent project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple high-stakes initiativesAbility to navigate within a matrixed organizationAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing decisions
