Principal Engineer, Data Visualization Designer

The Principal Data Visualization Designer is a leader in the design and creation of data products at the UVA Health System. The candidate will be responsible for helping the Analytics and Reporting team communicate actionable insight to clinical and business leaders. Using a combination of design thinking, technical skill, and creative vision, the candidate will work with other designers, analysts, scientists, and engineers on projects involving storytelling with data.

Position Compensation Range:

$55.67 - $89.07 Hourly

Physical Demands:This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings and programs.
