JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under general supervision, is responsible for assisting with the implementation and administration of various marketing programs for an assigned business unit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Designs and produces marketing materials including flyers, offering memoranda, e-mail blasts, invitations, announcements, mass marketing mailings, presentation boards, maps, stacking plans, aerials, etc. (using corporate branding standards templates)Responsible for layout, design and production activities to produce quality graphic-design artworkDevelops familiarity with clients and programsParticipates in team meetings, understands team's objectives and anticipates needs. Works with the team to create marketing solutionsAssist with developing marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, direct mail and email releases, newsletters, etc). Coordinates the execution of proposal materials, including but not limited to organizing, collating, binding, etc.Works with marketing team to develop new ideas for presenting market research data to clientsWorks with brokers to develop client-oriented interpretations and graphics of market trends and other sales aids as neededProduces informational fact sheets, marketing packages, etc. Coordinates mail-outs of informationPrepare owner reportsCoordinate marketing team's calendars and meetingsCreate marketing files and compliance documentationMaintain informational marketing databasesKeeps research art and collateral supplies current and stockedProvide company information and resources upon requestMay perform other duties as assigned

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) requiredMinimum 2 years related work experience to include marketingPrevious real estate experience preferredAbility to work in a team environmentStrong graphic, writing and oral communication skillsComputer literacy in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat). CAD experience welcomedAbility to work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlinesAbility to work independently as well as with key internal and external constituentsStrong organizational skills. Ability to multi-taskMotivated self-starter with ability to problem solve

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 annually

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $90,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
