Marketing Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a marketing coordinator with 1 or more years of experience for a contract to hire opportunity for a real estate organization in Baltimore, MD. This role is 5 days a week onsite. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:Responsible for layout, design and production activities.Designs and produces marketing materials including flyers, offering memoranda, e-mail blasts, invitations, announcements, mass marketing mailings, presentation boards, maps, stacking plans, aerials, etc.Perform administrative duties such as typing, preparation of expense reports, answering phones, copying, faxing, and report preparation.
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fieldsProficient in Adobe InDesign.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.The ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is crucial for keeping projects on track.Attention to detail, strong communication skills and strong organizational skills needed.
