We're also a worldwide, fully remote team, with a strong employee presence in the United States and the Philippines, and our employees are our strongest assets.About the PositionThe Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for the creation, execution, and analysis of impactful email marketing campaigns as defined in the marketing content calendar while also supporting broader marketing initiatives. This person will curate highly optimized email campaigns by leveraging provided creative assets or existing marketing templates.If you are a proactive and results-driven marketer, perpetually seeking new optimizations for increased performance, then this is the position for youHow You'll Spend Your Time: Email Campaign Creation: Creation, testing, and deployment of all assigned and scheduled email communications, including, but not limited to: new listings, sales and promotions, brand marketing, auctions, etc. Email Production & Scheduling: Ensure timely execution of the email production schedule, as outlined in the content calendar. Design Adherence: Ensure all email communications and general marketing materials adhere to the company's or sellers' style guidelines. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of email campaigns, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvements.A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct regular A/B testing to enhance email performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.Template & Asset Management: Utilize and update existing templates and assets to maintain brand consistency while innovating within set guidelines.Content Selection: Selecting items to feature in sales and promotions based on the company's best practices, and by learning about collectible stamps, postcards, and comicsTrend Monitoring: Stay informed on the latest email marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our campaigns remain cutting-edge. Project Coordination: Manage the workflow and timelines for email campaigns and other assigned marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Other Duties: Support the marketing team with various projects and tasks as assigned by the manager.Qualifications:You have 2+ years of experience in email marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.Proficiency in email marketing platforms preferably Campaign Monitor.★ You understand email design best practices and eCommerce psychology.You have a working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design and troubleshooting.You have a solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory, with proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity Designer). You have strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.You demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.You have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Familiarity with eCommerce and knowledge of collectibles (stamps, postcards, comics) is a plus.You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a continuous drive for improvement.Don't let impostor syndrome or a confidence gap stop you from applying.
