About the team + role
Robinhood is looking for a Creative Operations Manager to lead all aspects of and manage creative operations across our marketing, production and creative workflows. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Ops this role ensures that all creative resourcing, hiring, budgets, and timelines are on track to keep the marketing, creative and production departments running efficiently. This position requires someone with the experience and ability to field requests from cross-functional teams, build processes and foundations from the ground up, and manage priorities and bandwidth to optimize resourcing to support a growing marketing team.
This person has a passion for and focus on operational structure, procedures and team collaboration. Ideal candidates should have project management experience at an external creative agency or in-house creative team using modern project management tools like Wrike.
The role is located in the following office locations (Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY) which will align with our in-office working environment. Please connect with your recruiter for more information regarding our in-office philosophy and expectations.What you'll doPartner with marketing ops, production and creative to ensure the right creative resources are available to support the roadmap; track resourcing allocations and make optimization recommendations to increase output.Lead and manage the process for onboarding and offboarding freelance creatives and proactively solving for creative needs and resourcing gaps.Oversee intake and project setup of all briefs in Wrike, our project management tool, and ensure that the project management system is up to date with resourcing and schedule changes.Partner with production, creative and marketing ops to open and track budget line-items and tasks.Lead the process to onboard a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for global distribution and archiving.Drive collaboration and communication cross-functionally to ensure creative delivery is aligned with set timelines and briefs; manage creative resourcing and ensure the team is aligned to priorities, timeframes and overall brief.Accelerating team efficiency by improving creative processes, developing workflows, tools, documentation frameworks, asset management systems, and resourcing strategies that help the creative and production team build new solutions or advise principled risk-taking.What you bringYou have proven experience in managing complex projects and workflows within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment creative agency.Communicator: Strong communication skills to streamline interactions across multiple departments.Process-Minded: You know how to self-teach new programs, apps, workflows, and standard processes.You are a great teammate who invites straightforward feedback and is ready to implement it.Proactive: Ability to look ahead and plan strategies to manage workload effectively.You have a keen eye for detail, from punctuation and grammar to product naming conventions.Positive and Collaborative: You bring positive, healthy energy to the organization and thrive in a collaborative environment. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
