We're thrilled to open the search for two transformative Associate Creative Directors-one mastering copywriting, the other excelling in art direction. Whether you're an individual powerhouse or part of a pre-established creative pair, we're keen to explore your potential to anchor our team.
As a part of our Brand Defining team, your influence will be crucial in steering major brand initiatives from concept to execution. We're looking for leaders who thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment and have a passion for crafting compelling stories and immersive experiences that engage a diverse global audience.
The role is located in the following office locations (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA) which will align with our in-office working environment. Please connect with your recruiter for more information regarding our in-office philosophy and expectations.What you'll doTeam up with a fellow Associate Creative Director to shape and steer our projects, ensuring each is inventive, cohesive, and strategically aligned with our business objectives.Forge partnerships across marketing, design, and production teams to develop compelling, unified narratives that resonate across various platforms.Generate dynamic content for broadcast, radio, and digital media, engaging our diverse audiences.Work with our partnerships team to craft co-branded campaigns, sponsorships, and collaborations, ensuring alignment with our partners' unique identities and our consistent brand voice.Develop creative campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$150,000-$176,000 USD
