Overview:
As a Warehouse Expeditor, you will be the primary contact with internal stakeholders. Processing local warehouse orders, tracking orders, creating reports, handling delivery delays, working with suppliers and carriers to ensure accuracy in documentation, prioritize and coordinate the processing schedule within the warehouse and provide feedback to management and appropriate internal constituents.Responsibilities:CORPORATE VALUES

The essential functions of this position include:Ensure interdepartmental communication for improved coordination of operationsMonitor and Expedite internal client requests related to inbound and outbound order processing with emphasis on prioritization and organization of requestsVerify ongoing inventory tracking efforts and provide information to managementAssist with Receiving and Shipping tracking information, including transactional research.Monitor and confirm shipping and receiving documentsObtain tracking information and Proof of Delivery for all shipmentsCoordinate, track and prepare inbound receipts for delivery scheduling and notificationFurnish information about shipments to appropriate internal constituentsOvertime may be requiredQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum High School Diploma and 5 years of related work experienceOR Associates Degree and 2 years of related work experienceOR Bachelors Degree in Logistics/related concentration with 0 years of experienceHighly motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent customer relationship and organization skillsStrong Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehouse knowledge (Order to Shipment)Strong verbal and written communication ability with all levels of organizationBe proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Have experience utilizing warehouse/inventory/asset management software suitesPOSITION SPECIFICS
The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $19.23 and $24.04 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered.
