Microsoft Meeting Room Engineer•Expertise on Teams Pro Portal, Configuration Management of Meeting Room systems via Intune•Provide expert Conference Room AV Support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.•Remotely configure, and maintain AV equipment in various AV spaces, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.•Provide Tier 3 support for video conferencing systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues promptly. You will work with manufactures such as Logi, Crestron, Appspace, etc. •Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams to ensure effective escalation and resolution of technical problems.•Problem management of platform and large-scale device issues.
