Summary

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Email Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving our digital marketing strategy through the creation and execution of effective email campaigns. This individual will manage all aspects of email marketing, including audience segmentation, list management, A/B testing, automation, and data analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with email marketing platforms, and the ability to create compelling content that engages and converts our target audiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This list of functions and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.Develop and Execute Email Campaigns:

Create, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring personalization, segmentation, and alignment with business objectives.Email Marketing Automation Implementation:

Implement and manage automation workflows such as triggered emails, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.Content Creation & Design:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product, etc.) to develop email copy, design elements, and ensure brand consistency.Campaign Automation:

Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing sequences, triggered emails, and drip campaigns.A/B Testing & Performance Optimization:

Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to assess the performance of email campaigns and identify areas for improvement.Email List Management:

Oversee email list hygiene, segmentation, lead scoring, and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM laws, GDPR, and other data regulations.Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams:

Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and collaborate on list acquisition, lead qualification, and email performance improvement.Analytics & Reporting:

Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.), provide insights, and suggest data-driven improvements.Database & Platform Management:

Manage email platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar, ensuring data integrity, proper tagging, and campaign tracking.Industry Best Practices:

Stay updated on email marketing trends, best practices, deliverability optimization, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.Perform Additional Duties as Assigned : Support various projects and initiatives as directed by management, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and team goals.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.Demonstrated experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Pardot, Klaviyo) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and A/B testing.

Experience with email platforms, HTML & CSS for email design, and knowledge of web technology.Creative & Analytical Balance:

Strong copywriting and design capabilities paired with the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance using data.Team Collaboration:

Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring campaign goals align with broader business objectives.Attention to Detail:

Extreme attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Customer-Centric Approach:

Demonstrated experience in building campaigns that resonate with target audiences, improving engagement and conversions.
