Marketing Manager - Business AviationIndianapolis, IN or Washington D.C. (Hybrid working)An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Business Aviation Sales & Marketing team as a Marketing Manager. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing strategy for Rolls-Royce Business Aviation. In this role, you will also be responsible for identifying, anticipating, and satisfying customer requirements to increase Rolls-Royce Business Aviation products and service sales. You can learn more here.Key Accountabilities:Accountable for Marketing strategy for Business Aviation products and services, including campaigns for new Entry into Service products like upcoming Dassault 10X powered by Pearl 10XProvide a source of consistent, standardized, and powerful messages for use by the Sales Directors as part of their sales and marketing activitiesSupport Head of Communications for external dissemination of key messages and understand the Rolls-Royce product and service position against competitors and devise tactical plans to lead the market using recognized value sell tools and techniquesEducate the market, and influence customers, stakeholders and Authorized Service Centers to create a pull for Rolls-Royce products & services through visits, presentations, social media, published content and other appropriate mediumCreate relationships with key advertisers in the industry and develop, build and implement a strategy for both print and digital marketing externallyEnhance the customer experience journey for our customers by creating a customer-centric strategy, implementing tools to make their on-boarding and in-service journey seamless, and enhance customer satisfaction thru personalized interactions/toolsBasic Requirements:Associate degree with 7+ years of Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Customer Service Delivery, Aerospace, ORBachelor's degree with 5+ years of Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Customer Service Delivery, Aerospace, ORMaster's degree with 3+ year of Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Customer Service Delivery, Aerospace, ORJD/PhD, OR9+ years of Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Customer Service Delivery, Aerospace in lieu of degreePreferred Requirements:Prior marketing or advertising experience in the Aerospace and/or Business Aviation industry, market trends and leading manufacturerPrior experience mining and/or analyzing large data sets to determine market trends and marketing strategyIntermediate to advanced experience working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint functionalityExperience creating and delivering executive presentations to Senior StakeholdersPioneer
