Position Summary:
The Event Marketing Coordinator specializes in event marketing, supporting business development, growing sales, amplifying brand awareness, and ensuring leads are generated and assigned to the sales team through effective event execution and sponsorships. Job Duties:Collaborate with Marketing Manager to Support Strategic Planning and Execution of the Department Objectives and GoalsProvide Regular Event Marketing UpdatesDevelop and execute event-specific marketing materials, social media campaigns, and digital designsTrack and analyze event performance, focusing on lead generation and ROICoordinate and manage the logistics for events and sponsorships, ensuring seamless executionMaintain relationships with associations and oversee event-related communicationsOversee Efforts to Support Sales and Companywide Initiatives to Expand Market PresenceJob Qualifications:
Four (4) Year Degree or equivalent in Marketing (preferred); Creative Institutions, Art or Design Schools are also acceptableSales and Marketing Knowledge, particularly in event marketing, CRM, and social mediaWork experience in the field via internships and/or schooling (preferred)Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Suite, and marketing software (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)Experience creating, scheduling, monitoring, and managing marketing campaignsProfessional communication within a Marketing Team frameworkCoordinate and manage the logistics for events and sponsorships, ensuring seamless executionPunctual email follow-up and strong phone communication skillsOccasional travel may be requiredSchedule/Location:
Hybrid - Monterey Park, CA (In office 1x a week)Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmEntry Level - Based on experience
