On-Site Requirements:
On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Training/tasking may require occasional on-site work at Patuxent River, MD. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.Essential Functions:Designs, creates, and conducts work-related communication, training, and development programs to improve strategic communication and organizational performance.Analyzes organizational communication and training needs.Creates training materials, scenarios, and briefings.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Experience:
Required:Experience in communication, training, and development required.Security Clearance:Active Secret or Interim clearance required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.Education:BS/BA degree in Business Management or a related field and 3 years related experience, OR AA/AS degree in Business Management or a related field and 7 years related experience, OR HS diploma and 9 years related experience.Spalding Consulting, Inc. is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees.
