Allis Studio Jr. to Mid-Level Designer - New York, NY (Full time) The ideal candidate will be a Jr. to Mid-Level Designer with a background in developing brands in various categories, ideally in premier fashion, apparel, real estate, or hospitality. This person should be capable and eager to produce original artwork and understand existing brands across print and digital mediums. This role at our boutique creative studio offers significant growth opportunities for the right candidate.Responsibilities
Work directly with Senior Designers, Copywriters, and Creative Director to create timely design executions for print design, collateral, brand identity, and front-end web designCollaborate effectively across all agency levels and disciplinesDeliver assigned projects on time and within budget under varying deadlinesMaintain brand standards and manage editorial calendar for Allis content channels, including portfolio sites and organic social mediaPrerequisites
Understand lean design processes, iterative prototyping, and be proficient in design software like the Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation programsManage multiple projects with a positive attitudeHold a formal academic background in Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, Communication Design, or relevant work experiencePossess a relentless pursuit of creative excellence and professional growth in related roles for 2-5 years; experience in an agency or digital marketing department is a plusShowcase a portfolio demonstrating graphic design thinking and core skills in brand, print, and digital design across various categories and formatsDesired Skills & Experience
Work with existing brands and create original artwork in digital and printInterest in motion design, animations, and 3D software is a plus2+ years of experience in a creative agency, studio, or in-house
