Interior Designer / Project Manager 5-7 Years' Experience

We are looking for a creative, talented and team-oriented interior designer/architect with experience and passion for project management and project delivery, to join our Philadelphia, NYC or Princeton location. You should possess strong project management experience, and a strong ability to communicate your ideas and approach in a clear and thoughtful manner. You will work collectively with our dynamic firm to develop innovative, thoughtful, and technical solutions for a wide range of clients and project types.

Primary Responsibilities:Full responsibility for managing all aspects across multiple projectsPrepares project workplans and manages workflow and administrative efforts throughout design and documentation phases, including programming, design, construction documents and construction administrationActively oversees and is responsible for project schedule, budget, fee and scope of work to project completionPrepares proposalsBe passionate about design excellence and the ability of architecture to affect meaningful changeInterface with clients at every level of a projectSupport project teams – align in house staffing resources with project needs, budget and deadlinesRequirements and Skills:Passion for design excellenceStrong experience in project and workflow management of aspects of interior design practice, including programming, design, detailing, furniture planning and selection, and/or finishes preferredExperience with client interface, networking + relationship buildingStrong and respectful writing and verbal communications skills; within the office, to clients, consultants and contractorsCorporate, workplace and institutional project experienceAbility to be collaborative and pro-activeFluency with REVIT, AutoCAD, and Adobe suite is strongly preferredHighly organized with an eye for detail and creative problem solvingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s in Architecture or Interior DesignLegal working status in the United StatesFully vaccinated against COVID-19Preferred:LEED AccreditationInterior Design Certification (e.g. NCIDQ)Who we are:
