$60,000 - $75,000Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows that align with the brand’s identity and target audience.Segment email lists and tailor content to specific customer demographics and preferences, leveraging data analysis for better targeting.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimize campaign effectiveness.Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to continuously improve engagement and conversion metrics.Stay current with email marketing trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in its digital communications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and sales, to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in email marketing with a strong grasp of best practices and industry trends.Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills, with the ability to create engaging email content.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tracking and optimizing email campaign performance.Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.A keen eye for fashion trends and prior experience in the apparel industry is preferred.Benefits
