Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking a full-time
Director of Marketing and Business Development / Hospital Liaison
for our long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facility. The wide range of complexities our facility offers provides a wonderful experience to build careers upon. If you want to make a difference in the lives of others, then Spring Creek is where you should be!
SCOPE OF WORK:
Responsible for increasing and maintaining resident census by developing and strengthening relationships with new & existing referral sources who can refer residents to our facilities- specifically, marketing to Hospitals, Assisted Living Communities, and Home Care Agencies.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Increase facility census via business development

this is the main goal and purpose of the position.
Maintains a close working relationship with the team to assure appropriate and efficient decisions about prospective admissions.
Working with Admissions Director on processing referrals and inquiries from hospitals, families and others.
Timely review and communication of outcomes on all referrals.
Monitors and coordinates collection of data for the CEO, CFO, COO and Nursing facility Administration.
Maintains constant communication with referral sources, internal departments and case managers.
Maintains a database of medical contacts and community resources.
Plans facility events relating to any marketing efforts put forth by the facility.
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must be self-driven with business development goals and the ability to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes
Have the ability to conduct individual/group presentations/luncheons for Healthcare professionals, senior groups, churches, etc.
Possess excellent sales and marketing, communication, time management, and organizational skills, and a great personality.
At least two years’ experience in Marketing in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or healthcare environment is a must
Knowledge regarding Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurances
