We are seeking an exceptional candidate with a track record of success in developing and maintaining relationships with local hospitals, physicians, and the community in order to increase admissions and census. Responsibilities:
External sales/marketing to hospitals, ALFs, SNFs, physicians, and other referral sources
Community outreach and relationship building
Convert referrals to new residents
Screening and approving patients clinically and financially to determine if appropriate
Oversee internal admissions
Planning and running events
Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or admissions required
Knowledge of short-term rehab and long-term care to determine if patients are clinically appropriate for SNF
Knowledge of insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed care, Private, etc) to assess financials of potential admissions
