Infrastructure North America

Graphic Design Leader

to join our team! In this role you will get to

collaboratively lead a growing team of graphic designers in support of winning new work for our critical infrastructure markets.

What You'll Be Doing:

Works as both a team manager and individual contributor of strategy-driven proposal graphic design, page layout, text-to-visual conversion, and presentations

Leads, supervises, and coaches a team of creatives with a range of experience and technical abilities in the pursuit of developing outstanding creative solutions for new business deliverables (e.g., presentations, proposals, and other collateral)

Conducts regular team huddles, one-on-one meetings, and performance reviews providing clear direction, updates, and actionable feedback

Empowers team members to bring forward new ideas and creative approaches, continuously raising the bar with each deliverable

Builds relationships with Enterprise Proposal Operations (EPO) leadership and key business unit (BU) stakeholders to understand pipeline priorities, BU requested needs, and key focus areas

Partners with SMEs daily for their guidance on scheduling, branding, art direction, solutioning, 3D, video, writing, print production, and operations

Understands company priorities and help align team activities to support them

Ensures direct reports follow best practices and helps continually improve procedures

Collaborates to adhere to assignment budget and schedule estimates

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

10+ years as a creative supporting complex efforts, preferably with 3-5 years of management experience

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or certificate of completion from an accredited design/graphics course (or equivalent)

Expertise developing creative solutions that achieve client specifications, brand requirements, and strategic win theme objectives

Advanced use of Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Acrobat and Word

Ability to deliver meaningful, consistent, and clear ongoing feedback to team

A “Get to Yes” mentality with excellent problem solving

U.S. Citizen

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Experience working in critical infrastructure markets

Experience supporting creative for proposals and client interviews

Comfort presenting the benefit and reasoning of solutions to technical staff

Solid written communication and ability to proof work for quality and accuracy

A foundation in business, budgeting, forecasting, and developing documentation

Salary Range:

$40.05 - $70.10
