We believe that embracing diverse perspectives, abilities/disabilities, racial/ethnic and cultural backgrounds, styles, ages, genders, gender identities and expressions, education backgrounds, and life stories drives innovation and employee engagement.Responsibilities The responsibilities for the position include:Develop design concepts and graphics for distance learning products, websites and web-based products.Work as part of a team with managers, distance learning developers, web developers, content experts, etc.Meet with project directors/managers, project staff, or clients to discuss projects.Estimate the time required to complete the work and provide quotes.Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.Present finalized ideas and concepts to project staff and/or clients.Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work.Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications.Qualifications

Education, Knowledge, and Experience:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, graphic arts, fine arts (or a related field) with at least 5 years of experience or a Master's degree with at least 4 years of experience.High-level expertise with the Adobe suite of applications (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud).Experience developing and designing graphics and graphic design for distance learning products and various media in support of education and/or professional development efforts.Skills:Strong skills in graphic design including layout skills.Customer-focused and deadline-oriented with strong organizational skills.Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in project work.Commitment to working in a culturally competent work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.Disclosures:Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. This position offers an anticipated hourly rate of $43.00 to $53.00. Salary offers are made based on internal equity within the institution and external equity with competitive markets. Please note this is the annual salary range for candidates that are based in the United States.AIR maintains a drug-free work environment.
