Because we know that heat arises at the intersection of complementary forces, our professionals come from myriad disciplines and backgrounds: data, analytics, and insights, content and creative production, communications and strategy, finance and marketing, and sociology, psychology, and other liberal arts disciplines.Job Description Overview:The Senior Associate, Investment is responsible for executing strategies developed by Managers and Associate Directors including negotiating scatter needs, analyzing the need for AD weight, and implementing allocation and billing tools to facilitate a smooth transition from buy to air. Providing training and guidance to the Associates in all aspects of their responsibilities is critical.Role Objectives:Develop and deliver POV/position papers on key issues/opportunitiesOversee brand allocations and corporate ownershipManage Tardiis allocationsCheck that schedules are inputted correctlyCreate documents for Mission ControlReview/assist in post-buy analysisAnalyze ADU packagesQualifications 1+ years of traditional media buying expertise, national broadcast preferred.Experience in media buying tools like Prisma, preferred.Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency.Solid verbal and written communication skills.Acquisition and branding background and familiarity/proficiency with the following systems/tools:Mediaocean, MBox.Third-party ad measurement and traffic tools (e.g., Integral Ad Science).PowerPoint, Excel, Word.Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work successfully with teams, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.Detail-oriented and able to produce accurate work.Demonstrates leadership skills.Additional Information This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week.
