Also critical for this position is the development and management of a team of Video Associates, forging relationships with media partners, and applying these relationships to gain a deeper knowledge of the marketplace.

Role Objectives:Ability to have ownership of accounts and build strong working relationships with our clientsAbility to manage and mentor at least two team membersArrange and run client and team meetings while helping to build cross-agency rapportNegotiate total video purchases, inclusive of digital OLVOversee the development and presentation of media POVs for clientPresent corporate ownership issues to clientsDevelop marketplace analysesTroubleshoot billing and allocation problemsAssist in research projects pertinent to their specific clientAssist in preparation and presentation of strategy and upfront to clientManagement of daily/monthly/quarterly stewardship of buysAid video portal in Upfront negotiationsAssist in the development of Upfront Planning Costs and Bogey’sAttend Video Investment Activation Boot Camp TrainingQualifications 3+ years in the media business, video experience preferredExcellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skillsTechnical proficiency, particularly with the following tools is preferred:Mediaocean, MBoxThird-party ad measurement and traffic tools (e.g. Integral Ad Science)Excel, Word, PowerPointAble to work successfully with teams, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines under pressureDemonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiencyAbility to effectively utilize media research and reporting resourcesTechnical proficiency across Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrates professionalism and leadership skillsAdditional Information This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week.
