You will create and champion the highest quality content, helping drive the development of foundational tools, frameworks and resources that allow the team to scale efficiently and deliver excellent, consistent and compelling work. Collaborating with design, product and business partners, you'll positively shape products and foster an inclusive customer experience with your artful use of voice, content best practices and end-to-end UX strategies. You'll employ your great strengths in storytelling to present your vision and content rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the wider team and leadership.We're looking for someone with strong skills in problem solving, facilitating working sessions, presenting to and influencing stakeholders, and collaborating with other business functions.
