Head of Marketing & Business Development , the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the firm’s brand positioning, client engagement, and overall growth strategy. This is a senior leadership role, designed for someone with a deep understanding of the legal industry, who can craft and execute comprehensive marketing and business development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead the firm's overall marketing and business development strategy.Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities, while strengthening relationships with existing clients.Collaborate with practice group leaders to create targeted business development plans for each practice area.Oversee digital marketing efforts, content creation, and brand positioning across various platforms.Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.Manage the firm’s marketing budget and reporting metrics on the success of BD efforts.Supervise and mentor junior members of the marketing and BD teams.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in marketing and business development within the legal or professional services sector.Proven success in driving client acquisition and revenue growth.Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.Deep understanding of digital marketing, client relationship management, and brand development.Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation skills.
