Key Responsibilities
Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.Analyzes external and internal market data to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information and creates compelling market analysis/segmentation presentations.Tracks and reports key quarterly product metrics.Conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis to respond to critical questions about product performance, go-to-market strategies, and opportunities.Collaborates with different teams (Business Development, Finance, Sales, Management, etc.) to define business needs. Performs analysis and creates internal data solutions (reports, models, dashboards, etc.) that provide guidance on improvement opportunities, performance tracking of short and long-term goals, and/or business decisions.Understands business and market environments. Assists with the development of data-based strategies to meet business objectives.Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.Communicates insights and findings in various formats and contexts (quarterly reviews, project-specific analysis, product marketing materials, executive requests) using clear messaging and data visualization.Participates in the design/development/release of dashboards/reports used to drive key business decisions. Partners with IT teams to ensure data accuracy/quality of existing and new dashboards/reports.Skills/Experience:MBA preferred.Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to fast-moving scenarios.Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.Experience collaborating with diverse and cross-functional teams.Experience in advanced business data analysis (Excel, Tableau, SQL, R/Python, Hadoop).Qualifications

$128,000.00 - $176,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
