- Bring a 0 to 1 mindset to building the Arturo platform
- Conduct research to build an intuitive and functional product; human-centered design
- Iterate on user interface design and comfort in aligning stakeholders to make the best decisions for the user
- Participate in the product process, bringing in value signals from the market, customers, marketing/sales
- Work closely with the product team to synthesize value signals into a must-have list of requirements to shape a competitive roadmap
Requirements
- Scrappy, can-do attitude
- Collaborative nature and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Ownership mentality
- Experience in building compelling user experiences, especially as it relates to taking a wealth of data from "noise" into meaning
- Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping user interfaces, with a strong portfolio that showcases your experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Familiarity with GIS data is a plus
- Familiarity with the property ecosystem (insurance, contractors, lenders, real estate agents, etc.) is a plus
- 5-7 years of experience in human-centered product/UX/UI design
