Job DescriptionWe are seeking a product designer who is equal parts creative and methodical to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is not intimidated by a blank canvas - and for someone who is excited about building a fun, exploratory, highly intuitive platform about real property
Bring a 0 to 1 mindset to building the Arturo platformConduct research to build an intuitive and functional product; human-centered designIterate on user interface design and comfort in aligning stakeholders to make the best decisions for the userParticipate in the product process, bringing in value signals from the market, customers, marketing/salesWork closely with the product team to synthesize value signals into a must-have list of requirements to shape a competitive roadmapRequirements
Scrappy, can-do attitudeCollaborative nature and ability to manage stakeholder expectationsOwnership mentalityExperience in building compelling user experiences, especially as it relates to taking a wealth of data from "noise" into meaningProficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping user interfaces, with a strong portfolio that showcases your experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Familiarity with GIS data is a plusFamiliarity with the property ecosystem (insurance, contractors, lenders, real estate agents, etc.) is a plus5-7 years of experience in human-centered product/UX/UI design
