About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Communications Specialist to lead the strategy, messaging and resources that will help DriveWealth more effectively share our mission and products.

What You'll Do:
  • Re-envision DriveWealth's marketing processes, policies and infrastructure that will ensure the right message is being relayed through the most effective channels
  • Ensure any external-facing communications are compliant with regulations and align with the DriveWealth brand we want to build and uphold
  • Analyze the impact and effectiveness of our communications strategy and campaigns while offering solutions to iterate and improve
  • Oversee the relationship with our PR firm
  • Contribute towards a forward-looking media strategy through appearances, awards, social media and other avenues
  • Refresh our online presence, primarily through our website, to ensure content is up-to-date and appealing
  • Support our externally facing teams to share announcements regarding new offerings, company updates and upsell opportunities by building audience segments, creating schedules for recurring communications and planning ahead for major launches
  • Maintain a content library of approved resources for business development and other internal teams to ensure universal messaging around our mission and offerings

What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on communication
  • Experience directly supporting sales, account management and product teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in creating case studies, marketing collateral, and engaging content
  • Familiarity with event planning and execution
  • Ability to coordinate across functional areas including product, technology, sales operations
  • Experience integrating marketing CRM tools such as Hubspot into organizations' workflows
  • Background in the fintech or finance services space is a plus

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.Please note: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.

New York, NY (Hybrid) Pay Range

$150,000-$170,000 USD
