What You Will Do:

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Content on the Marketing Team, the Enterprise Social Media Manager will manage Guidehouse's enterprise wide social media channels, leadership and employee advocacy program, growth strategy, and advertising campaigns.

As the Enterprise Social Media Manager, this role is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing Guidehouse's organic and paid social media activities. This includes the vision for Guidehouse on social media, the standardization of practices across teams, publishing calendars, social media monitoring and listening, user engagement, market trends and analysis, and campaign analytics and reporting - all to support the goal of generating brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and retention.

The Enterprise Social Media Manager will collaborate directly with Industry, Services, Digital, Marketing Automation, Creative, and Internal Communications and Marketing Team members, HR/Recruiting Team members, Sales and Growth leaders, and Corporate and Segment practitioners to support strategic social media marketing efforts, including messages aligned with Guidehouse's vertical and horizontal services, megatrends, and corporate sales and recruiting priorities. They will be responsible for managing a team of two FTEs, including a Visual Strategist /Designer and a Publisher /Analyst. They will also manage social media vendor partnerships and align closely with their Content Strategist and Writer team members.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • The development, execution, delivery, and management of all social media content that aligns with brand, corporate, and segment marketing strategies, goals, and campaigns
  • Advancing Guidehouse's social media vision and approach through brand storytelling
  • Managing Guidehouse's social media strategy and processes
  • Planning and developing organic and paid corporate social media campaigns
  • Guiding industry teams on organic and paid campaign strategies
  • Engaging w/followers across channels
  • Analyzing campaign performance and reporting back to marketing colleagues and leadership
  • Leading cross-segment social media marketing meetings
  • Working collaboratively with design, marketing, and web colleagues to take content to fruition, as well as colleagues across segments, vendors, and sectors to ensure alignment
  • Project managing the enterprise social media calendar, processes, asset management system, and aligning with segment and services campaigns, content, and calendars
  • Supporting ongoing internal communications to ensure professionals and teams are leveraging content
  • Educating employees on social media activation and advocacy
  • Building compelling content across accounts by offering strategic, innovative ideas
  • Demonstrating measurable growth in impressions, CTRs, followers, interactions, and qualified leads for the company


What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Seven (7) + years of social media communications experience
    • A passion for social media strategy
    • Previous experience at consulting/advisory firms
    • Visual/design and/or paid social media experience
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Experience with paid and organic social media content and campaigns across platforms
  • Outstanding writing and content development skills, with the ability to adapt communications to different audiences
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of management
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where innovation and collaboration are necessary, and accountability is expected
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions independently
  • SEO, marketing automation, and lead nurturing experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Social media tools and vendor experience preferred, including Sprout, Canva, Figma, Google analytics, and social media publishing/monitoring/analytics solutions
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude


What Would Be Nice To Have:

This role is expected to be an excellent social media strategist who can manage multiple organic and paid projects at a time. People with experience in consulting or other B2B companies that have proven success in building a social media strategy and managing social media campaigns are preferred, as this role will support corporate messages, broad service areas, and aligned campaigns for multiple public and private sector audiences the brand serves across the Defense & Security, Energy, Sustainability, and Infrastructure, Financial Service, and Health industries.

The annual salary range for this position is $100,200.00-$150,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
