As the Social Media & Content Manager, you will serve as the in-house content creator, developing and brainstorming new content that aligns with the brand's voice. In addition, you'll focus on digital community management, ensuring prompt and meaningful engagement with the audience, leaving each interaction better than it began.

My client is a growing eco-friendly, sustainable and all around comfortable recovery footwear company! The brand was founded with the idea to cater comfort after a long day of training and/or for everyday life activities.
Description
- Collaborate with the Senior Social Media Strategist to create and refine timely, engaging content that reflects the brand's voice and objectives.
- Develop in-house content to support production, including social media series, event activations, trending creative, and behind-the-scenes or founder-focused content.
- Work with the Performance Marketing Team to quickly brainstorm, develop, and test new content ideas.
- Manage community engagement across social channels (direct messages, comments, and posts) while maintaining the brand voice and improving each interaction.
- Coordinate approvals for using organic UGC content in both organic and paid social media efforts.
Profile
- 3+ years of content Creation or social media experience, preferably with a DTC brand
- Footwear or fashion industry experience is a plus
- Proven track record of managing projects from strategic planning to full execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong skills in presenting, planning, and analysis
- Team-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
