With their capability to integrate more than five technologies in one line, the company produces high-quality, customized and cost-effective nonwoven fabrics. Their inline nonwoven technology combines the structural strength of spunlaid with the haptic qualities of carded nonwoven.

Description

  • Support and assist the Managing Director in delivering strategic guidance and direction for sales and marketing functions in the US market
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding of new customers
  • Plan and forecast presence of sales activities through trade shows for new product introductions
  • Studying, examining and recognizing the competition in the US market
  • Develop and grow relationships with key customers/stakeholders, acting on new information and monitoring customer satisfaction, meeting sales budget and aligned program partner goals.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 15- 20 years of proven experience as a sales and marketing leader
  • Knowledge of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments
  • Proficient in inspiring teams to deliver high-quality results within demanding timelines while concurrently overseeing multiple projects.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
