You are a passionate and curious Marketer ready to stand up a new function at Yieldmo. Creativity and playful, relatable marketing comes naturally to you and an innate ability to put yourself in the customers (and sellers) shoes to anticipate needs.
What You Can Expect in This Role
This is a strategic and hands on IC role with room to grow; focused on enhancing sales team productivity through training, resources, and programs, ensuring alignment with sales, marketing, and product strategies for effective customer interactions. A 50/50 approach of proactive and reactive, you'll be expected to operate proactively to identify areas of opportunity for sellers that can be expedited through marketing materials, packaging, and programs. You'll also be expected to balance proactive work of your own conception with reactive materials requests from our Revenue teams, and have the ability to prioritize. You'll be working cross-functionally with product and revenue leadership, directly influencing revenue from top brands and agencies. You'll drive programs and materials that are vertical, industry, and moment-specific; arming our sellers with resonating touchpoints that open doors and conversations.

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $120,000-$145,000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree, marketing/communications/ design a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in field marketing and sales enablement
- 2+ years in the advertising industry (agency, brand, or vendor side)
- Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills
- Experience in cross-team collaboration for large scale projects
- Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Hunger to continuously learn and to develop your skill sets
- Ability to think about both the big picture and the micro-level details
- A can-do attitude and an inclination to seek a creative solution to any technical or process challenge
- Initiative and drive in everything you do
- A basic understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, its participants and business models, and the value exchange that takes place among its participants every day.
- Experience working with sales teams, internal business intelligence, market analysts and public research to inform corporate products and services.
- Collaborative, client-centric, and data-driven approach to producing sales materials and programs.
