Pangle is the ad network of TikTok for Business, enabling global app developers and mobile site operators to grow their apps/websites and maximize earnings through exclusive ad demand from TikTok for Business. Pangle offers a growing all-mobile network in over 20 emerging markets, with proven success in Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.

1. Responsible for managing and operating Pangle products and business development in the NA marketplaces, including Canada, the United States (outbound business only), plus the Global Small-Medium Business (SMB).
2. Work closely with the HQ and regional PSO team to proactively support the local sales team in developing the Pangle business, enhance local and HQ teams' collaborations, align priorities and allocate resources to support identified growth initiatives.
3. Function as regional POC to provide in-depth market insights from industry, external agencies/clients, and internal cross-functional teams, partner with the HQ teams to develop or optimize product solutions facilitating the NA market needs.
4. Actively engage in Key Accounts (KA) development and revenue growth initiatives by providing Pangle product recommendations and customized solutions, analyzing performance data, resolving growth blockers, and ultimately driving product adoptions and penetrations.
5. Partner with the HQ SMB sales team (based in the United States), develop and align global strategies, and product requirements, and drive regional growth initiatives across LATAM, APAC, and METAP SMB sales teams with Pangle regional POCs.
6. Develop partnerships with US-based TikTok for Business function teams, e.g., Creative, and Solution Engineer, to drive global collaborations and local executions.
7. Daily monitor business performance, interpret revenue trends, and develop business strategy and tactics backed by data points.
8. Conduct regular research to gather customer feedback and lead product development and iteration.
9. Support Pangle HQ XFN teams, e.g., Product, Traffic, and Compliance, liaison with the US-based XFN teams on a project basis.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in the social network industry, preferably with experience in mobile internet, e-commerce, and advertising;
2. Data-sensitive, with clear logical thinking; strong learning attitude and ability to work under pressure;
3. Solid project management skills, communication skills, team collaboration, and a sense of ownership.
4. Proactive in nature, capable of self-navigating the ambiguities and presenting solutions and recommendations for the leadership team.
5. Capable of working independently with strong self-motivation.
6. Team player, think strategically and act tactically.
